By accessing and using the Devasthanam India website (devasthanam.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before using our website or placing any order.

1. Products & Orders

All products made by Devasthanam India are custom-manufactured to order. Once a design is approved and advance payment is received, fabrication begins. Cancellations after this stage may be subject to partial or full forfeiture of the advance depending on the stage of production.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until a formal order confirmation has been issued. GST and applicable taxes are charged as per government regulations.

3. Payment Terms

A minimum advance payment (as agreed during consultation) is required before fabrication commences. The balance is due prior to dispatch or installation. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received.

4. Delivery & Installation

Lead times are estimates provided in good faith and are subject to change based on material availability and production load. Devasthanam India shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our control including shipping disruptions, material shortages, or site-related delays.

Installation is carried out by our trained team or authorised partners. The client is responsible for ensuring the site is prepared and accessible as agreed. Additional visits due to site unreadiness may attract additional charges.

5. Warranty

Devasthanam India provides a 1-year warranty on craftsmanship for all products. Corian solid surface products carry the applicable DuPont / Corian manufacturer warranty for material defects. Natural stone is a product of nature and variations in veining, colour, and texture are not considered defects. Warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, improper cleaning, physical impact, or modifications made by third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, photographs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Devasthanam India. Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Devasthanam India's liability to the client shall not exceed the value of the goods or services supplied under the relevant order. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

9. Changes to Terms

Devasthanam India reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
